Robert Carpenter’s journey began more than 20 years ago in the heart of the city, where hands‑on trade work and community outreach first inspired him to tell stories for kids. What started as mentoring and school visits grew into published children’s books, speaking programs, and a commitment to helping young people see trades as rewarding, respected career paths. Today Robert’s work connects practical trade skills with life lessons through books, assemblies, and community partnerships.

We create welcoming, inclusive content and programs that introduce children and families to careers in the trades, promote diversity and equity, and teach essential life skills—so every child can imagine and pursue a bright future.
